Bathers on beaches in Marbella will benefit from increased lifeguard surveillance throughout the months of July and August, it has been announced.
The timetable has been extended and around 60 lifeguards will ensure safe bathing from Cabopino to Guadalmina.
A total of 16 lookout towers, bearing distinctive yellow and white, have been installed, as well as 15 rescue units, equpped with first-aid equipment.
The lifeguard service will be in operation every day from 11.30 to 20:00.
