New Real Estate Sales Office at La Reserva de Marbella.

We are delighted and very proud to announce that we have relocated our APEX Marbella Property sales office to La Reserva de Marbella.

Further to many years of real estate sales service in Marbella East and western Mijas Costa areas of the Costa del Sol, we have been very busy expanding our knowledge and client base to include as many other exciting new developments as we can find. As a result, we have consolidated our position in the heart of the area we love so much.

Set next to some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol at Cabopino and Elviria, the area of La Reserva de Marbella is just 35 minutes' drive from Málaga International Airport and only 10 minutes' drive from Marbella town centre. Just off the main A-7 (previously N-340) and at the entrance to all areas of La Reserva is the landmark commercial centre of CC Doña Pepa, the base we at APEX Marbella have called home for many years.

Our offices are located downstairs one level from the road, on the right-hand side at Local number 6. With plenty of free parking outside and two lifts for easier access, our offices have been completely renovated inside and have a selection of excellent properties for sale presented in LED illuminated window cards 24-hours a day.

La Reserva de Marbella is a district made up of many independent communities, the architectural designs of which include beautiful independent villas, townhouses and apartments; there is even a hotel holiday rental complex too. The area is populated with a mix of nationalities from all over the world, many are permanent residents although the area is also very popular with holidaymakers all year round too.

To the east of La Reserva is Marbella and within a 2-minutes' drive is Marbella's most eastern district, Cabopino. With its protected sand dunes and golden sandy beaches, Cabopino also boasts a picturesque marina as the perfect backdrop to a fine selection of restaurants, bars and shops to make it a truly stunning setting and one of the main reasons for visitors wanting to buy property in the area. Cabopino also offers miles of magnificent golden sandy beaches and protected sand dunes with elevated wooden walkways meandering over and across them in all directions. Low density building has evolved over the years to maintain the natural landscape and generous greenery of the surroundings, with more very carefully considered housing developments being constructed further north, particularly around the clubhouse and fairways of Cabopino Golf Club where new developments are under construction in 2020.

Only 3-minutes' drive west of La Reserva de Marbella is Elviria, a more commercialised district of Marbella East and home to very many fine restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. It is also home to the 5-star hotels of Don Carlos and Marriott Resort, both beachside on some of the most golden sands, and not least the beach club of the Don Carlos Hotel, the world renowned and VIP-magnet Nikki Beach Club.

As with many of the most popular areas of Marbella, a lot of property development was made in Elviria in the early 2000s and the building of very many magnificent villas and apartment complexes was made to support the massive demand. Construction was largely in keeping with the natural beauty of the district and so the area benefits from registered green spaces and natural landscapes, home to protected oak trees and pines. Elviria also offers a choice of golf courses of excellent repute, all offering spectacular sea and mountain views.

We hope this post explains why we at APEX Marbella Property fell in love with the area of La Reserva de Marbella and its neighbouring districts. As the old adage says: 'if you love your job then you'll never work a day in your life', and so we are the lucky ones!

With all that is C-19/Covid-19/Coronavirus, our offices are always working in accordance to the national State of Alarm and adhering fully to the extremely important safety regulations. We have been working from home by email and telephone, attending to the many enquiries from clients looking to invest here. As Spain continues to progress through its various phases of de-escalation, we at APEX Marbella Property are really looking forward to getting back to business and returning to a new form of normality. We are excited to announce today that, as of Monday 11th May 2020, we will be officially permitted to open our doors again (by appointment) and attend real estate viewings with our clients.
