We have uploaded our first video to the APEX Marbella Property YouTube channel, and very pleased about it we are too.
Now we have our dedicated sales office in Calahonda, Mijas Costa, we are able to apply more focus to the property sales sector of the business. Modern marketing and promotion dictates manufacturing more media than ever before: more photos, more written content and more video.
With so many social media websites, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, built around the sharing of information around the world immediately, we have taken the plunge into making some videos to better showcase the properties we think offer best value and most interest. We hope our videos will bring an added dimension and complement the photos and sales descriptions we generate for the properties we advertise.
Streaming and sharing videos has never been easier and we hope to be found across the main platforms of YouTube, Facebook and Instagram and gain a greater presence over time. As our professional online profile grows, we hope to post videos that will leave video evidence of every property we promote for sale and leave a permanent and happy memory on record long after the sale has completed, for both the sellers and the buyers.
